Project Description
Christian Wheeler Engineering has been providing AM Ortega field and laboratory testing services on an as-needed services contract since 2014. Our services are largely related to San Diego Gas and Electric capital improvement, repair, and maintenance projects throughout San Diego County.
Christian Wheeler provides AM Ortega with Quality Assurance observation and testing of trench backfill, subgrade, base, asphalt concrete, and reinforced concrete pavements and sidewalks as well as associated laboratory soil and materials testing.
