Aperture Del Mar Office Complex

This new office complex includes two reinforced concrete office buildings, a 6-level parking structure, and other associated improvements.

Christian Wheeler provided all required Special Inspection and Materials Testing of Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, Bolting, and Shop/Field Welding. In addition, Christian Wheeler Engineering provided Building Envelope Consulting for the project architect, Gensler, as well as Quality Assurance Observation of the Roofing and Waterproofing aspects of the project for the project owner.
