This project includes 132,400 square-foot, 349 parking stall, six-level post-tensioned concrete parking structure that includes 11,540 square feet of ground-level retail.

Christian Wheeler provided the Preliminary and Supplemental Geotechnical Consulting, Construction Phase Geotechnical Observation and Soil Testing Services, as well as all required Special Inspection and Materials Testing of Post-Tensioned Concrete, Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, and Field Welding.
