Project Description
This project includes two, four-story reinforced concrete office buildings, a central utility plant, trash and generator enclosures, shade structures, site retaining walls, and other associated improvements.
Christian Wheeler provided all required Special Inspection and Materials Testing of Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, Bolting, and Field Welding.
