Project Description
This project consists of seven student residential building structures which include 2, 14-story buildings, a 13-story building, a 10-story building, a 6-story building, a 2-story building, and a 3-level below-grade parking structure. All the buildings are built of reinforced concrete.
Christian Wheeler Engineering provided all Building Envelope Consulting for the project, which includes plan reviews, Quality Assurance Observation of the Roofing and Waterproofing aspects of the project as well as all specified window and curtain wall air and water leak testing.
