OCEANSIDE AREA CHP ESSENTIAL SERVICES FACILITY

This project includes a two-story, 25,946 sqft. office building with an attached auto service facility for the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The project included an employee patio with a patio cover, a 120-foot-tall communication tower, and site improvements. Christian Wheeler provided Construction Phase Geotechnical Observation and Soil Testing Services, as well as all required Special Inspection and Materials Testing of Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, Shop and Field Welding, High Strength Bolting, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Fireproofing.
