This project includes a three-level above-grade, one level below-grade Medical Office Building with an attached three-level above-grade parking structure.

Christian Wheeler Engineering provided the Report of Preliminary Geotechnical Investigation, all required Geotechnical Consulting, Grading Observations, and In-Place Density Testing as well as all required Special Inspection and Materials Testing of Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, and Structural Steel.
