Project Description
This project is a 98,580 square-foot, three-story, reinforced masonry self-storage facility that includes site retaining walls, new underground utilities, and other normally associated improvements.
Christian Wheeler is provided the initial Geotechnical Investigation and the preparation of the subsequent Report of Preliminary Geotechnical Investigation as well as the Construction Phase Geotechnical Observation and Soil Testing Services. In addition, Christian Wheeler provided all required Special Inspection and Materials Testing of Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, High-Strength Bolting, and Field Welding.
