Project Description
This project sits on a 11.8 acre site on the campus of the University of California, San Diego and consists of five student residential and amenity structures with the buildings ranging in from 9- to 21-stories. The project also includes a four-level below-grade parking structure. All buildings are built of reinforced concrete.
Christian Wheeler Engineering provided design phase Building Envelope Consulting, Construction Administration Consulting and Quality Assurance Observation and Testing of the Roofing and Waterproofing aspects of the project.
